Rent Back Option
A rent back option will be available that will allow owners to lease back their apartment for an
allotted time that suits them to one of our selected tour companies. Income from apartment rental
would be approximately 60% to the owner of Apartment and 40% to Hotel owner.
Example of expected rental return for a 6-month period of time:
• 1+1 Apartment – 18.000 Euro (- 40%) total return = 10.800 Euro.
• 2+1 Apartment – 27.000 Euro (- 40%) total return = 16.200 Euro.
• 3+1 Apartment – 36.000 Euro (- 40%) total return = 21.600 Euro.
