This classical finca was build in 1750 and is kept in it’s original state. Situated in Pedramala, it offers amazing valley views and a glimpse of the sea. This property offers a lot of privacy, but only 5 minutes by car to Calpe and 10 minutes to Moraira. You enter the property by a long driveway that takes you up to the main finca that comprises of a large living room with dining area and beautiful fireplace that adds to the rustic character. From the large, fully equipped kitchen you walk out to a private, cosy patio from where you can access the plot of land behind the house. The charming naya with lovely sitting area can be closed completely by glass panels, adding a lot of extra space to the finca in winter.
